00:22:50 – A pipe comes loose causing The Kid to shoot his gun.

00:26:41 – Something jumps down onto a table behind Portman and Goat.

00:32:20 – Dr. Carmack grabs Samantha while lying on the operating table.

00:36:00 – Destroyer pokes his head through a hole and is attacked by a monkey. [Video].

00:40:08 – Portman is pulled under the water.

00:43:22 – Goat is attacked by a creature.

00:43:57 – A creature jumps out at John.

00:51:49 – Samantha runs into Duke.

00:55:41 – Mac is suddenly beheaded.

01:02:28 – A creature grabs Destroyer.

01:07:26 – A creature’s hand reaches down and grabs Portman around the face. [Video].
