See below for the exact times and descriptions of the 11 jump scares in Don’t Worry Darling, which has a jump scare rating of 2.5.

Jump Scare Rating: The first hour has many sudden cuts to brief flashes of disturbing visions experienced by the lead character. All of them happen out of the blue with no warning other than a faint subtle sound 1-2 seconds in advance. They come in sequences, a few seconds apart, becoming more intense with each appearance. They happen during calm and “safe” scenes, which enhances their impact even though not all of them are very “jumpy” in the traditional sense.

Synopsis: In the idyllic 1950s town of Victory in the middle of a desert, all the men work for a secret scientific project run by a company that owns the town, and are strictly prohibited to discuss their work with their wives. Alice, a housewife, begins to suspect that the company is hiding sinister secrets.
