00:02:25 – The baby suddenly opens its eyes and Sadako’s hair flies out of her mouth.

00:20:16 – A woman jumps out of the well towards the camera. (There are a few seconds of her climbing up as a warning beforehand.)

00:21:21 – Something causes Fuko to be startled and then there is a cut to a dead body in the bath tub.

00:23:07 – As the body bag is opened a hand reaches out of it.

00:25:08 – As Fuko is running up to the apartment the nanny drops onto the car next to her.

00:25:13 – The seemingly dead nanny grabs Fuko by the leg.

00:29:16 – Koiso whispers Sadako, followed by a cut to Nagi pushing his wheelchair from behind.

00:52:24 – The lights turn off, and as they come back on Sadako runs at the camera.

00:53:50 – A coat hanging on a rack suddenly turns into a woman and attacks Fuko.

00:54:56 – A woman jumps out of the computer screen.

01:00:56 – Fuko’s mon drops down under the bed and growls at her.

01:02:58 – Takanori’s face suddenly begins to distort and he runs at Fuko.

01:18:16 – Nagi is suddenly grabbed by Fuko.

01:19:47 – Someone jumps through a glass window, shattering it and grabbing the detective.

01:24:08 – Akane is shot.
